How do I get my $29 back from Apple for having bought a case with my iPhone 4?

Apple said they were refunding $29 to all of those who bought a case at the time they got their iphone 4′s. . . Apple also said they have the way to get it posted on their site by today. . . So far neither have any more truth than Mr. Jobs’ original claims about the iPhone 4. . . Apple is fast becoming the company who speak with the double tongue. . . Anyone know any more??

they said all the information would be posted by the end of the week. and do remember that apple is out of california so its like 6:30 am there right now so if they were to post the site today on how to get refunds or free bumpers it probably wouldn’t be done until business hours.
