GreenPois0n Released : Apple iOS 4.1 Jailbreak

iOS 4.1 jailbreaking with GreenPois0n

As reported from RedmondPie, Apple iPhone hacker Pod2g replied to a user message on Twitter when asked for the release period for Chronic Dev-Team’s GreenPois0n tool.

He was asked if it would be release within days or weeks, and Pod2g said this in reply: ”I would say days”. In case you didn’t know, Pod2g was the user responsible for discovering a new bootrom exploit within iOS 4.1, so his update can be considered quite trustyworthy in the jailbreaking scene.

However this is not a confirmation by all means, until we hear something from Chronic Dev-Team – the guys who will post the full jailbreak instructions when they become available.

Yesterday we asked you what takes priority for you between a jailbreak or unlock – read the results from that article here. It would be nice if GreenPois0n gets released this weekend, but I don’t see it happening yet.
